Clear application cache and data

Sometimes problems can occur that are related to your web browser storing previous data. If you are asked to clear your application and data cache, it is because the issue you are reporting can not be reproduced and it means the issue is related to data that is stored on your browser, and is beyond the regular "clear cache" from the browser.

Please follow these steps on Chrome or Firefox:

PC:

Press SHIFT and ALT and 'i' OR

Right click > inspect

Mac:

Press Option + Command and 'i' OR

Right click > Inspect

THEN:

Click Applications and Clear site data.

Yours may look slightly different, but look for the Application tab in the menu, then Clear or Trash data with these options all selected. You will be logged out and have to log back in. If problem persists, please reply that you have done this step and it is not resolved.
