Sometimes problems can occur that are related to your web browser storing previous data.

If instructed to clear your cache, follow these steps:

PC:

Press SHIFT and ALT and 'i' OR

Right click > inspect

Click Applications and Clear site data. Yours may look slightly different, but look for the Application tab in the menu, then Clear or Trash data

Mac: 

Press Option + Command and 'i' OR

Right click > Inspect
