On either the Member login page, or by clicking Login in the footer of your Vines OS site, click on "Forgot Password".
Enter your email address and a new temporary password will be emailed to you.
Now change your password:

STAFF:
Admins can change password when they login by going to the Profile link under the Profile (head icon) in top right.

HOW TO INSTRUCT STAFF:
Do not use the same password as they do for other logins. Do not share logins or passwords. This is not PCI compliant and against our terms of use.
Use a password that has 8 characters, use at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special symbol.

HOW TO INSTRUCT MEMBERS  TO SET A PASSWORD, WHEN INTRODUCING YOUR NEW CLUB SOFTWARE

On initial notification about your new club software  to members, ask them to go set up a Password reset page, which is  your Vines OS domain with the following at the end of the URL:
/user/password/
so for example it will be like:
https://YOURDOMAIN.vinesos.com/user/password/
and it should look similar to this:
https://go.vinesos.com/user/password/

They will just enter the email that you have on file for them. They will get an email that takes them to a Password page like this:

Enter the temporary password  from the email in the Original Password field, and enter a NEW secure password which includes: 8 characters, with at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special symbol. Confirm password.
This will become your new password.

HOW TO INSTRUCT MEMBERS TO RESET THE PASSWORD IF THEY CANNOT LOGIN

On the member login page, click "Forgot Password".
Enter your email address and a new temporary password will be emailed to you.

Enter the temporary password in the Original Password field, and enter twice a NEW secure password which includes: 8 characters, with at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one special symbol.  This will become your new password.

NOTE: In the event an admin or member has hit Password Reset/Forgot Password multiple times, the emails received may appear as one email or stacked emails.  In this scenario, the member must use the most recent email & password.  Once the new temporary password has been set, is the one that must be used, not the previous one.
