If you do not want to restrict inventory, you can choose to have VinesOS disregard inventory.
Disregard Inventory for an Entire Product Category
Go to Dashboard > Settings and select the product type, such as 'Wine'. Check the box 'Disregard Inventory'. This means that if there is insufficient inventory, you do not need to receive inventory, and the product will still be available for purchase, or for custom club orders. When this is selected, it overrides the inventory unavailable message.
Note: Be sure to SAVE.
Disregard Inventory for an Individual Product
Go to the Product page on VinesOS
Under the Product Information > Quantity section, check the box for 'Disregard Inventory'
This will allow the product to sell without having an inventory quantity listed.
