Contact Revel Support +1 (415) 744-1433 and ask them to set the Custom Dining options as the following:
"Drive Through" TO "For Pick up"
"Other" TO "Vines OS"
Also ask Revel to make sure you can see those custom dining options on the iPad. After the updates have been done, while you have them on phone, Refresh and confirm you can see the custom dining option types in Revel by going to an order and clicking "Dining Options". If you don't see the new dining types, ask Revel to help you get them to display on the iPad, as something you can set the order to.
