Ask your Revel integration specialist, or call Revel Support at (415) 744-1433 And ask them to set up the customizable Dining option fields as the following:
Dining option ID 4 "Drive Through" must be "Hold for Pickup"
Dining option "Other" must be "Picked Up"
any other dining option id's, on importing orders will mark order as "Picked Up"
If you have more than one establishment, ask for this to be done for each establishment.
