First, try a Revel refresh.
If you still do not see the club name showing in the Ref Code on the iPad, or IF the club name shows in the Ref Code and it should not, first check on the Revel dashboard, to confirm if the member shows (or doesn't show, if appropriate) the club properly there. To do this, login to Revel on the browser and go to the customer CRM section, and find the customer. Edit customer, and check if the club name appears or not in the Customer Group field.
If it is correct there, but not showing in the Ref code section, please contact Revel support. Vines OS is syncing to Revel properly, but the Revel dashboard is not pushing it to the POS.
