If you want participant names to show on the RSVP list,  when you are creating the event, select the checkbox "Requires participant names". When a customer orders four tickets, they will be required to enter their guests names. When you export the RSVP list, it will include the names of everybody checking in, so you can receive guests without the entire party being present.
