ShipCompliant Integration

Updated this week

If you have a full ShipCompliant account, you can integrate it to VinesOS so that your products and orders are automatically added to ShipCompliant.

Tax rates for ship to orders will pull from ShipCompliant. Make sure to review your tax settings on ShipCompliant so they are set for the zip code level if you want that to be calculated.

Orders will automatically flow through to ShipCompliant with the status that you set them to be in VinesOS.

As soon as you add or update a product on VinesOS, it will be created or updated on ShipCompliant.

Checking Compliance

If a web order comes through and it does not meet compliance, the order will be quarantined. It will be flagged with a red compliance error. You can reach out to the customer and modify the order to make it compliant.

Use the Customize Order button to modify the order to make it compliant.

Easily filter for all orders that have a Compliance issue in the Orders view:

Once the order has been updated, there is a button to check Compliance and re-submit it tp ShipCompliant.
