This report will give you an overview of your staff teams' orders based on your selected filters.
To pull the 'Staff Bottle Commission' Report, navigate to the 'Orders' page.
1. Adjust your filters accordingly.
For example, I am looking to see the bottle sales from our admin account processed on the POS for the whole month of July. I would adjust the 'Order Date' range to reflect July 1st - July 31st, 'Order Type' to POS Orders, 'Employee' to [Staff Member's Name], and 'Product Type' to wine.
2. Select the 'Submit' button to refresh the page to only show orders with your selected filters.
3. On the Export drop-down menu, choose 'Staff Bottle Commission'
This will send an email of the file to the email address associated with your login profile.
Once the report is pulled, it will look something like this:
You'll be able to view the following information:
1. Invoice Number (If there are multiple items in the order, they will be listed on separate lines with a duplicate invoice number)
2. Staff Member's Name
3. Order Status
4. Quantity
5. Unit Price
6. Item SKU & Item Name
7. Discounts & Line Extender
8. Order Total
9. Order Date
10. Customer Information
