Pickup List Reporting

See which orders still need to be picked up

This report can be modified to show you which orders need to be picked up, whether it's held or club orders.

To pull the 'Pickup List' Report, navigate to the 'Orders' page.

1. Adjust your filters accordingly.

For example, if you are looking to see who still needs to pick up their previous club order, you would adjust your filters accordingly. 'Order Date' can be set to all, 'Order Status' set to hold for pickup, 'Club Release' set to your desired club shipment,

2. Click the 'Submit' button to refresh the page to only show orders with your selected filters.

3. On the Export drop-down menu, choose 'Pickup List'

This will send an email of the file to the email address associated with your login profile.

Once the report is pulled, it will look something like this:

You'll be able to view the following information:

1. First & Last Name

2. Items

3. Customer's Contact Information

4. Club

5. Club Shipment

6. Order Status & State

7. Amount Charged

8. Processing Date

9. Notes

10. Pickup Location

Alternatively, you can utilize this report to view orders that were picked up & their date.

The parameters that will be set for this will be the same as determining who DID NOT pickup, but instead of the 'Order Status' being "Hold for Pickup," it will need to be adjusted to "Picked up."

When you submit and run this report, the 'Picked up Date' column will be filled.
