​Shipment Error—Inactive customer account. Your shipper account may be inactive if you have processed an order but a shipment error shows. Please try logging into whichever shipping carrier account you are trying to ship with to see if it is still open.

If you see a Rate Error below the Shipment Error, this could mean that your Shipping Table setup is faulty. **Important: Use whole numbers only. Do not include fractions or decimals in your dimensions, or you will receive a shipping error, and your orders may not be charged for shipping.
