Automatically sync VinesOS Stripe transactions to Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop

Save time by automating your sales transfer into QuickBooks and Xero using a third-party app: CommerceSync.

This app will automatically sync your Stripe transactions, including transaction fees, to Quickbooks Online (QBO) or Quickbooks Desktop (All versions: Pro, Premier & Enterprise).

There is a low monthly fee (starting at $14.95, effective April 2023).

Create your account

Sign up for CommerceSync and be sure to use the email address you used when signing up for Stripe on the VinesOS platform.

Test your integration

Your account will be in 'live' status so you can conduct a test purchase at this point. Please set the test bottle price to $1.00 and do a manual valid credit card entry to complete checkout. The terminal swipes will still be tied to the test account, so you will need to manually enter your credit card. After the order is processed, it will sync overnight. Log in the next day to Quickbooks, and make sure the fee on the order goes to the appropriate line item in Quickbooks.


When done, refund the order, and verify the next day that it is properly updated in Quickbooks.

After testing is complete, be sure to let us know and we will switch your account back to 'test mode'.
