What to do if you have members that are not found on Revel

If you have a problem finding a customer on Revel, it's likely related to an establishment setting on Revel. Revel has an option to filter customers based on Establishment, so only customers who belong to the establishment show up for each location. Even if you only have a single location, this setting should be disabled on Revel, or in some instances, members added may not be recognized on the POS if they don't have an establishment set.

Please contact Revel and ask them to "turn off establishment filtering". This means that all customers will show on the POS, even if that establishment is not set for the customer, or if they belong to a different location.

After this is done, you will need to reprovision the iPads, which should be done outside of business operating hours.
