Ask the guest to sign up as a member on the iPad. Within a minute or two, their information will come over to the Revel POS. Create the order for the past club shipment and swipe the credit card to pay for that order.  In the Notes field on Revel, enter the Employee name who referred them, if tracking. This will come through to the notes on Vines OS.

Later, log onto Vines OS, find the POS order and choose the checkbox “Make this a club order”. Choose the club shipment that it should be attributed to, and the member name. 

If you're tracking employee commissions, enter the employee name
