If you are trying to add a member but it says the email is already in the system and nothing is coming up when you search for the member by their email, check to make sure that the member is assigned a club in Revel.  If the member was added in Revel with no club assignment the record will be under the CRM section. You can then click on it there and add them to the club they belong to.
