If you have a member and can't find them, try looking in the Vines OS menu section called CRM (or Customer Loyalty). This is where customers who are NOT members are stored.
If you have updated any member changes that come from Revel, especially without reviewing them, this may cause a member to be removed from the club they should be in. Sometimes Revel will try to remove the club during the sync, which is why we have this in place. If you search in the CRM section for the customer name or email, you should see the member there.
To make the member active again, just select the club that they should be in, and Save.
