You can set bottles sold conversions for cases or liters that will be included in your online reporting and in the Closing Report.
This can be done in the product-level setting page or overridden product-by-product for individual products. You can enter a value for reporting the volume/conversion value that you want to use, such as liters or case equivalents. Example: if reporting in 9L cases, a 750mL bottle would be entered as 0.0833 so 12 bottles total 1 case.
Once set up, the value appears in reporting under the Volume column in both the Dashboard report and in the Closing Report CSV.
Example Setup: If everything is measured in cases that are 9L total, this means our 750mL bottles would be 0.0833 to total 1 case. So this is what we will establish in our Wine settings page (Product Settings > Wine).
Closing Report
The total and individual volume per bottle is found in the Closing Report in the 'Volume' column.
Dashboard Report
The online report through the Dashboard reports the volumes under the Volume column.
