A registered customer is a customer that has saved their shipping, billing and credit card information for future purchases. The customer must be a registered customer to use this process. If you need to update a credit card on file for a registered customer, please follow these steps.
From the dashboard navigate to Customers/Loyalty
Locate the customer you need to update and click on 'Registered Customer'.
When the customer record appears, scroll down to the Credit Card Details section.
Check 'Update credit card' and enter the new credit card info and click Submit.
When finished, always click Save.
