A registered customer is a customer that has saved their shipping, billing and credit card information for future purchases. The customer must be a registered customer to use this process. If you need to update a credit card on file for a registered customer, please follow these steps.
- From the dashboard navigate to Customers/Loyalty
- Locate the customer you need to update and click on 'Registered Customer'.
- When the customer record appears, scroll down to the Credit Card Details section.
- Check 'Update credit card' and enter the new credit card info and click Submit.
- When finished, always click Save.
