Put a Member on hold

Club member requests shipments be put on hold.

You may put a club membership on hold by selecting the 'Permanent Hold' or 'Temporary Hold' checkbox on the member record. To access this setting, click 'Clubs' > 'Members'. Click into a member profile and scroll down below Private Notes. A permanent hold will not inquire about a date range, but a temporary hold will request that you choose the date that you wish to hold until. After that date has expired, the member will be included in future club shipments.  While a member's status is "On-hold" the card on file will not be charged and the member will not receive a decline message if the card expires while on-hold. This member will not be recognized as 'Active' until they are not longer on-hold.

NOTES: The hold has to placed BEFORE the club order is created, once the order is created, you need to DELETE from Orders before processing. It is required to have the HOLD in place before the batch is created. Additionally, the member benefits and discounts will still apply. Notify staff with notes on the customer profile if you do not want these benefits to apply.
