Navigate to the order you need to change shipping or pick-up on.
Click on Customize Order.
On the Order form, you can change from Pick-up order to shipping or vice versa and customize shipping information for the customer.
If you don't see the Customize Order button, please contact us using the Chat window to ask for it to be enabled.
Please Note: If you combine two club release orders into a single order (for example, if the member is in two clubs and has chosen to have their club orders shipped), once those orders are combined, it is not possible to make customizations to that combined order, so in this instance you will not see the Customize Order button present.
