For members that are in multiple clubs, you can combine their club shipment orders into a single order to reduce their shipping costs and eliminate unnecessary packaging waste.

**This option is only available for club shipment orders that have not yet been processed.
To combine club shipment orders, please follow these steps:

1. If you have created (but not yet processed) your club releases where there are members who are joined in multiple clubs, a red bell notification will appear on the top right in VinesOS. Click the bell icon and then click the 'Multiple Shipments' notification in the dropdown.
2a. This will take you to a page where you can view those members that have more than one club shipment order created. At this point, you can click the 'Combine member club orders' button at the bottom of the page to combine the orders.

2b. If you would rather view the orders first before combining them, click the 'View' link. This will take you to the Orders List page where you can view the individual orders. If they look good, you can place a checkmark in front of them and then click the 'Combine selected' button at the bottom of the screen to combine the orders.
Both of the above methods will produce the same result (i.e., combine them into one).
3. Once the orders have been combined into a single order, you can then go ahead and process that single club order and then ship.
