On the member record, to send last club release, scroll down and look for a checkbox called "Create order to process" - If you have processed a club already on VinesOS, this will create an order for the new member, based on what club they joined, and what was sent in the last release. Check the box, and SAVE. This will create an order for the member with what items were in the last release for this particular club. NOW, go to Orders to process it. It does not process it automatically, it creates the order so you can review it and modify, if needed. 

Important: The “send last shipment” feature will not work if a new club release is still in 'Active' status and the release has not yet been processed.

This also works for Gift members for the pay as you go gift clubs.
