VinesOS can be set to automatically create an order for the last club shipment, and charge those new members that join your clubs. To turn this feature on, do the following:

Go to Settings > General Settings, and toggle on the option called 'Automatically charge new members for last club shipment'. Save the settings.

Once you have completed the above, going forward, any new member who completes the sign-up process to join one of your wine clubs will be automatically charged, and a new order will be created and processed, and displayed on your Orders page.

The club manager will receive an email when a new member signs up, and the new member will receive a Welcome email. A separate email will be sent confirming their order - either the Club Pickup Order Processed or Club Order Processed (for ship-to orders).
