VinesOS can automatically create an order for the last club shipment and then charge new members who join your clubs.
**Important: For any new clubs you create, the automatic charge will only begin to happen after the new club has created an initial charge. So, you will need to manually do a club processing for the club's first new member, and then all future members that join will be automatically charged after that. You will need to do this for each new club that you create.
Enabling Automatic Charge
To turn this feature on, go to Settings > General Settings and toggle the option 'Automatically charge new members for last club shipment'. Then, save the settings.
Once you have completed the above, any new member who completes the sign-up process to join one of your wine clubs will be automatically charged, and a new order will be created, processed, and displayed on your Orders page.
When a new member signs up, the club manager will receive an email, and the new member will receive a Welcome email. A separate email will be sent confirming their order— either the Club Pickup Order Processed or Club Order Processed (for ship-to orders).
