VinesOS provides a Mailchimp integration option to automatically pull your existing club members and any new club members that are added to corresponding audience contact lists in your Mailchimp account.

To set this up:

1. From the sidebar menu in VinesOS, go to Notifications/Terms > Email

2. On the Email page, click the blue Mailchimp Settings button at the top of the page.

3. On the MailChimp Settings page, enter your API and List ID information, which you will need to get from your Mailchimp account. Please be sure to click Save.

4. Next, on each of your club management pages, in the field called 'Mailchimp List ID' enter the Mailchimp List ID (aka Audience ID) from one of your Mailchimp audience lists.
​Note - this is a unique ID specific to each of your separate Mailchimp audiences within your Mailchimp account, and it is NOT the same list ID that you entered in step #3 above.

When you add this ID to a club and then Save the changes, all of the existing members of that club will be automatically pulled into your respective audience contact list in your Mailchimp account. Additionally, any new members who subscribe to that club going forward will also be automatically added to the same Mailchimp audience list. When a member cancels, they will be automatically removed from the list.
