With the VinesOS-Mailchimp integration, you can easily segment your VinesOS customers into a unique or a single default Mailchimp audience list. This can be done for VinesOS eCommerce orders, event registrations, and POS purchases. Depending on the integrations you have configured, the following will apply:
eCommerce Orders: When an online order is completed, the customer's email address is automatically saved to Mailchimp. These emails can then be used for targeted email campaigns, promotions, or personalized product recommendations.
POS: When a POS order is completed, the customer's email address is saved to a tasting room list. This list can be used to send promotions, special offers, or event invitations to customers who have previously made on-site purchases.
Events: When an event registration order is completed, those event attendees are added to Mailchimp, and you can then send them event updates, exclusive offers, or post-event follow-up surveys to gather feedback and improve future events.
Cancel List: When a club member cancels, those customers are added to Mailchimp, and then you can send promotional savings for rejoining the club or presenting alternative loyalty options like subscriptions. If they rejoin a club, they are automatically taken off this list.
Club: When a new member joins one of your clubs, they are added to the club audience list in Mailchimp. Since this can be set up on a per-club basis, we have a separate article that covers club integration and setup for Mailchimp.
How to Enable the Mailchimp Integration
First, if you haven't already done so, you will want to establish your Mailchimp audience list(s) in your Mailchimp account. This Mailchimp article describes how to find your Mailchimp Audience (List) ID.
Next, input your Mailchimp List IDs in VinesOS. From the sidebar menu, go to Settings > General Settings > and scroll down to 'Mailchimp'.
โ
From there you can enter your unique Mailchimp audience List IDs from your Mailchimp account into each separate field. If you prefer to send all of these customers to a single default List ID at Mailchimp, you can do that too. Just copy the same List ID from your Mailchimp account into each of the fields. Then save the page.
