Visible indicators in the POS are there to inform staff of new online and club pickup orders that will need to be prepared

New pickup orders are noted in the POS by the presence of a visible red indicator next to the Pickups button, which informs staff that (X) number of new orders will need to be prepared for pickup. You can click that button to view the new orders.

The Pickup Orders page will list all club and ecommerce orders that are to be picked up. You can click View to see what's in the order so you can prepare it for pickup. When the customer comes in, click the green Open button, and go to Checkout.

Note that on the initial POS screen it will show the original amount of the order, even though it may have been successfully charged.

On the Checkout page it will show 0.00 DUE and you can mark the order Picked Up.

You can also add new items to the order and it will show the balance due, which you can either charge to the card on file, if there is one, or swipe (WorldPay with swiper) or enter card manually (if no swiper).

When you mark it as Picked Up, it will set the order as Picked Up in the dashboard.
