You can use VinesOS Chat support to ask for RedChirp to be enabled. We will send the requirements to RedChirp to set up your account. Make sure you've also contacted RedChirp to create your VinesOS account.
βGo to turn on settings, search for "Red," and toggle on Enable RedChirp Chat. Do this after your RedChirp account has been configured.
3. On RedChirp, Go to the Main Menu > Organization Settings > Webchat URL(s) and click here to add your inboxes:
