Use VinesOS Chat support to ask to enable RedChirp. We will send the requirements to RedChirp to setup your account. Make sure you've also contacted RedChirp to create your VinesOS account. 

Go to turn off settings and search for "Red" and then toggle on Enable RedChirp Chat. Do this after your RedChirp account has been configured.
