When you add a customer to the order on Revel POS, an alert will show you their visits, past favorites and lifetime value.

Go to settings, and type in "history" and then check 'Customer history'. Then on the right, select which metrics you want to see on the pop up.

It will look like this on the POS, depending on what you enabled.
