Pulling in an existing customer to the POS is easy. You can search customers and view detailed information about a customer, including their profile, club memberships, order history, and preferences. You can update a customer's profile and card information, and process their event RSVPs, new sales orders, and orders on hold. You can also easily add new customers through the customer management interface.
Look up a Customer
The easiest method to look up an existing customer is by clicking on the 'Customers' button. In the pop-up, you can search for a customer by name, email, or phone number. In this pop-up, you can also add a new customer.
Customer Profile Area
Once you have pulled up a customer in the POS, the customer's name, link to their orders, and any clubs that they are a member of is displayed on the page. If you click on the customer's name, some helpful insights will be revealed. Click the name again to hide these insights.
