You may put a club membership on hold by selecting the 'Hold membership' checkbox on the member record, in the top section, below Private notes. Choose the date that you wish to hold until. After that date has expired, the member will be included in future club shipments. While a members' status is "On-hold" the card on file will not be charged and the member will not receive a decline message if the card expires while on-hold.
NOTE: The hold has to placed BEFORE the club order is created, once the order is created, you need to DELETE from Orders before processing. It is required to have the HOLD in place before the batch is created.
