If you're having troubles logging into the Dashboard or you keep getting logged out, the solution may be very simple. Please first try clearing your cookies and browser data. Often, the data stored by your browser becomes outdated or even corrupt. Clearing the browser data can help speed things up and ensure that you have a better experience. In Chrome - Desktop
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click on the 3-dot menu
Click More tools, Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
In Chrome - iPad
On your iPad, open Chrome.
At the top right, click on the 3-dot menu.
Click on History.
At the bottom of the menu that appears, click on "Clear Browsing Data.
Place a check next to Browsing History, Cookies....., and Cached Images and Files.
Click "Clear Browsing Data"
In Safari - Desktop
Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen.
Click Clear History.
On the dropdown for Clear, select "all History".
Click Clear History.
In Safari - iPad
Open your Settings app.
Tap Safari. on the left
Scroll down and Tap Clear History and Website Data.
Tap "Clear" to confirm.
Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
In Firefox
From the History menu, select Clear Recent History. If the menu bar is hidden, press the Alt key on your keyboard to make it visible.
From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
Click Clear Now.
Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
