If you want to offer your members an option to sign-up for a shipping-included service (similar to Amazon Prime), you can do this. When a club member subscribes to this program, they will be auto-charged annually for the program.
To view your customers that are subscribed to this program, go to CRM > Customers, and check the 'Show only free Shipping' box to filter out those customers.
