Create custom categories (how your wine is sorted on the menu) and varietals. This should be done before adding wine or products. Wine must be put into a category for it to be displayed on your Shop or POS.
Categories
Varietals
From the sidebar menu, click on Products > Varietals
Click on 'Add Varietal'
Enter the Varietal name
Save
Removing varietals
From the sidebar menu, click on Products > Varietals
Select the Varietals you want to remove by placing a check in the respective box
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'delete selected'.
Click OK on the confirmation pop-up
