If a customer requests a change to their current event reservation, you can make this change using the blue 'Customize order' button on the Order page. Once you've completed the necessary changes to the reservation and return to the Order page, you'll see a warning indicating that the reservation has been updated, but that the customer notification hasn't been sent. Click the 'Send now' button to have the updated reservation email sent to the customer. The customer will receive a new email with all of the updated information about your upcoming event.
If you offer events with Sub-event types, you can also modify the sub event type for an existing reservation.
