Configure ShipCompliant/Sovos for a full ShipCompliant account

To enable ShipCompliant:

1. From the VinesOS sidebar, click on Settings > General Settings

2. Using the Search field at the top of the page, search for 'ShipCompliant' or scroll down until you find this section.
3. Toggle on to enable ShipCompliant.
NOTE: This is not for the Zip Code level tax rate
4. Enter your ShipCompliant account credentials.

5. Set the initial order status. Check with ShipCompliant on what status this should be set to based on your workflow.
6. Save the page.

7. Then go to each of your products and enter the Brand Key, Product Key, Volume Amount, and Volume Unit:

Bundles and ShipCompliant

Creating a bundle, such as for a club release or gift box, it will automatically account for those items in the bundle to ShipCompliant. You do not need to create the bundle in ShipCompliant.

Test ShipCompliant for Compliance Error

Run a test to ensure you are getting validated and you can see the order in ShipCompliant.

Ask ShipCompliant for a sample address or order size so you can validate an order that should be quarantined.

The order should go through, but you should see a compliance error in the VinesOS console.

If an order displays a compliance error message (highlighted in red in the Compliance section - example below), please note that those errors come directly from ShipCompliant. Please get in touch with ShipCompliant directly for clarification.
