Create a list of customers that have previously purchased specific products (wine, etc.)

Updated over a week ago

Segment customer data with multiple filters. This article explains how to pull that data and market to those customer groups.

Customers

Go to CRM > Customers, then select various filters related to transactional behavior to engage with those in your loyalty programs. For instance, 'cc expired' or 'no card on file'. You also have the option to checkmark 'Show only Subscribers' for those who have subscriptions or 'Show only free shipping' for those who have opted into annual fee-based memberships.

You can also add customers in this section.

  1. Click CRM > Customers.

  2. Click the 'New Customer' button

  3. The billing phone number (not shipped) is at the top of the page.

  4. Newly added customers are set Active by default so you don't need to check that box.

  5. Adding a new customer only requires the following fields:

Loyalty

From the VinesOS sidebar menu, go to CRM > Loyalty, then select from a variety of filters related to ordering behavior. These filters can be used individually or combined for more refined results. Filters include:

  • Customer type: All, Members, Inactive, Registered Customers, etc.

  • Loyalty: Customers that fall into a top % level

  • Price: Enter Min and/or Max

  • Category or Varietal: Customers that have purchased a specific style like sparkling or red. Or Cabernet or Merlot for example.

  • Purchased: Generates a list of customers who have previously purchased specific wines

Click Submit. This will show all customers who have purchased the wine products entered. From there, you can Export the list, if you like.
