Updated this week

The Insights page provides an at-a-glance snapshot of all data collected for your sales channels, members, and goal targets in the Vines OS system. The default view displays all data accrued thus far for the current day.

Time period filters

The 'Show results for' dropdown enables you to quickly select and view filtered data for a specific timeframes, including: Today (default), Yesterday, This Week, This Month, and This Year.

You can alternatively use the 'Select Custom Range' to filter for a custom date range through the calendar.

The 'Reset' button will reset the Insights page to the default view.

First row of data buckets

Total Revenue = The total sum of all revenue generated from all channels, including ecommerce, POS, club

POS Sales = Sales revenue accrued solely through the POS channel
Members = Total number of members that have joined and cancelled
Member Sales = Total sales for club and ecommerce orders for member accounts

Addition details for members joined and cancelled can be viewed by clicking on the respective links in the Members section, as follows:

Sales by Channel

Sales channel data for the period selected is visually reported in a bar graph. As with the data buckets at to top of Insights, the data charted in the graph reflects the time period selected through the filters at top of page.

Revenue (in dollars) is reflected along the vertical y-axis on the left side of the chart, and time (in hours, days, weeks, or months depending on timeframe selected ) is represented along the horizontal x-axis across the bottom. The revenue data labels displayed along the y-axis points will scale according to the amount of revenue accrued for the time period reported.

When you move your cursor over each bar in the graph, a pop-up box will display a breakdown of the revenue by sales channel included for the date reflected.

Daily Sales Goal - In the Total Revenue bucket, you will see a figure reported in the circle which represents the percentage of your daily sales goal attained thus far for the day. The figure is derived from the 'Total sales made today' versus the Daily Sales Goal that you have set.

You can set a Daily Sales Goal in the general settings page, in the last field.
