The annual auto charge feature allows you to setup and charge members an annual fee for club membership that is charged automatically each year. This feature can be setup for one or more of your clubs. The annual fee charged for each club membership can vary, as you can set the price individually.

Here are the steps required for setting this up:

1. Go to Settings > Subscriptions. On the Subscriptions page, you will see a drop-down list of your wine clubs. Select each club that you want to activate an annual auto charge for. If you want to select more than one club in the list, hold down your Control (ctrl) key on your keyboard while you click multiple club titles. Save page.

2. Set the auto charge price for your clubs. Visit each club settings page that you want to include an annual auto charge for. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and input a price in the field for Annual Fee for Club. Save page.

3. This feature is activated for each club as soon as you save the price in each club settings page. From that point forward, all new club sign-ups will immediately incur the annual fee upon joining the club as a member. Additionally, all of your existing club members in your annual charge clubs will also be immediately charged, unless you have setup a specific provision with the Vines Team to delay the annual charge for one year or exclude those existing members altogether.
