If you are experiencing Mailchimp integration issues with VinesOS, we may request that you allow our support team access to your Mailchimp account in order to properly investigate the issue.
In most cases, to troubleshoot issues within your Mailchimp account, we will need you to grant our support team with Manager level access.
To grant account access to a new user, follow these steps.
Click your profile icon and choose Account.
Click the Settings drop-down menu and choose Users.
Click Invite A User.
Input the email address of the person you want to grant access to and choose an option under User type. ...
Click Send Invite.

Note: Make sure that you have granted VinesOS with access to the Audience section within your Mailchimp account. This will require Manager permission privileges. If we do not have Manager level access, we will encounter the following when logged in:
