How to change the staff member that registered a new club member

Logged in as a Manager (requires Manager level permission in user profile settings), you can now change who signed up a new club member. On front end, this information is originally designated in the form in the sign-up field. In the POS, the system logs the name of staff based on the logged in staff's PIN. Manager level admins can change the staff member name originally attached to the club member sign-up.

To enable this option:

1. Go to Settings > General Settings and scroll down to the 'Allow change member signup staff', and toggle on. Remember to Save the settings.

2. Once the above option is enabled, go into the club member's record and scroll down until you see the 'Signed up by' field. To assign a new staff name to the club member's record, select a name from the 'Staff' dropdown field. Save the record.
