When new members join your club, they can choose an option during sign-up to indicate they’re registering on-site and want to skip the next club shipment because they’re taking their wine home today.
This seamless integration lets you connect with customers directly in the tasting room, offering them the chance to start enjoying their wine as members immediately. On the sign-up page, they simply select “I’m signing up on location” and “Please skip my next release, I’m taking it today.”
Alternatively, if your staff handles adding new members on the POS, there’s an easy "Skip next club release" button for them to check. First, click on 'Create new customer'.
Then, scroll down to select which club they'd like to join. At the bottom of the club lists is an option, 'Skip next club release.'
When it’s time to process the next club release, those members who have opted to take their wine home will be automatically skipped for that release—just this one time—since their order has already been fulfilled. In ongoing club releases, that member will be included in your usual club processing batch of orders.
Note: This does not set the order to count as a club release order.

To turn on this feature, go to Settings > General Settings, scroll to the Wine Club section, and toggle on 'Skip next club release'.
