Track member cancellations

You can track member cancellations so you better understand your churn.

First, go to Settings > Settings Manager and scroll to the Wine Club section. Toggle on "Track members cancellation"

Scroll down again and enter the Reasons you wish to offer for Cancellation.
Examples:

Belong to too many clubs
Doesn't care for selections
Not cost-effective
Can't customize
Budgetary

Now when a member cancels, you can list them as Inactive (Deselect the Is Active button) and then choose the reason.

View cancellations from the Insights page

1. Go to Dashboard > Insights
2. Select your preferred date range at the top of the page. Data results will auto-refresh.
3. Click the 'Canceled' link in the Members section as seen in the screenshot below.

The canceled link will direct you to a page where all of the members that canceled, for the time period selected, will be listed at the bottom. From there, you can click the green 'Export' button to create a CSV file.

The exported file will provide twenty-five columns of detailed information about each member that canceled, including extra information such as birth date, the reason for cancellation, the staff member that signed-up member, etc.
