Manage RSVPs

How to manage reservations lists

Updated over a week ago

Go to Events > RSVPs

Click on the calendar icon in the Event Date section. Select a default range from the list or Custom Range if you have a specific date in mind for the past, present, or future. You can also filter for the time, specific event name, or status.

In the filtered results, you will see the list organized by events titled with name, date, and time. The list will give important information about each attendee who has registered, including:

  1. Customer name

  2. Table/location reservation, if using

  3. Participant name, if using (this allows for individual check-in without the buyer if the guests arrive separately)

  4. If a member, Club name

  5. # of guests in the reservation

  6. Total count for the event

Choose Export in the top right. Default includes more information than RSVP. RSVP is recommended to create your Will Call list, and the exported CSV includes empty rows for the remaining dates/times that can still be filled for each spot. For example, if you export, and there are 10 spots available for an event, and six are booked, it will export the day and time showing 10 rows with the six booked, and room to write in 4 at the door. Also useful for call-ins the same day after the list has been printed.

Default is generally used for marketing campaigns. If you want to include all names so people can check in individually, make sure "Participant Name" is selected on the Event creation page. This will require buyers to list the names of each person attending.
