In order to connect Vines OS to Revel, we require Partner Connect credentials from Revel. Please ask your Revel Sales Rep to set up Partner Connect for Vines OS. We will receive the credentials directly from Revel and will notify you when we get your API key, and have linked the account. This usually takes 2-3 days, but be sure to let Revel know if you are in a rush.

After you have done this, be sure to have a meeting scheduled with Vines OS to do the Revel sync and set-up.

Also be sure to do these Critical Tasks before the meeting:

Create Revel Access for Vines OS

Configure Revel to be able to mark orders as picked up

Request real time updates to be enabled by Revel

Add the Revel categories on Vines OS

Add Shipping product ID from Revel
