If you have the same credit card being used for multiple memberships, you can either set up as a gift club,  where the card is charged as a gifted ongoing membership, or you can enter the card on the member profile.  However if the member logs in, they will be able to order more wine and charge it to the card on file. If that is okay, you can use the same card on file as another member. If it declines, you will need to retry it if it is for the same amount because the processor will  decline what it perceives  as duplicate orders.
