For members with multiple club shipment orders, you can combine their shipments into a single package to reduce shipping costs and eliminate unnecessary packaging waste.

This process is available for processed club shipment orders only.
Members in multiple clubs
To combine processed club shipment orders for a member who is in multiple clubs, please follow these steps:
If a member has multiple processed club shipment orders, a red bell notification will appear on the top right in VinesOS. Click the bell icon and then click the 'Multiple Shipments' notification in the dropdown.
This will take you to a page where you can view members that have more than one club shipment order. Click the 'Combine member club orders' button at the bottom of the page to combine the orders.
If you would rather view the orders first before combining them, click the 'View' link. This will take you to the Orders List page where you can view the individual orders.
If they look good, place a checkmark in front of the orders and then click the 'Combine selected' button at the bottom of the screen to combine the orders.Both methods will produce the same result (i.e., combine them into one).
Once the orders have been combined into a single order, you can ship the combined club order.
Combine multiple processed orders into one shipment
If you have two or more orders that have already been processed and you need to combine them into one shipment.
Use Customize order on the Dashboard and set each order to Ship.
Void the surcharge for the order that you are going to combine into another one.
Go to the order that you are going to use as the Shipping order.
At the bottom, set the Shipper size, based on the number of wines in the combined orders.
Lookup the amount to charge in UPS or Fedex, or enter a flat fee.
The new amount to charge will include the change in the tax rate of where it is being shipped to.
Capture the surcharge.
Print the label for the combined shipment.
