Welcome! Let's get you all the little details you need for using VinesOS most effectively.

Login
The login page link can be found in your main navigation menu at top of site or in the footer of your VinesOS hosted site. Your company admin for VinesOS will provide you with a login.
Getting Help
Once you are logged in, you will see a small red chat icon at the bottom right of the screen. Use this to start a new conversation whenever you have a new question or need support. Click on the 'Give Feedback' button to put in a feature request.
Main Navigation
When you log in, you will be directed to the Insights page. Insights provide a convenient visual snapshot of sales, revenue, and members, including sales by channel, which you can filter to view across any time period.
Let’s review the left sidebar navigation. This is what you will see:
What's New - A news feed of the latest Vines improvements, updates, and announcements
Settings - General settings for the platform. Set up your initial configuration for VinesOS including general ecommerce and club details that are required. Also manage your Vines admin users here.
Dashboard - Access Insights, manage orders, set up specific e-commerce settings for different product types, get statistics, coupon management.
Orders - Review and manage orders; configure settings for different types of products. This is where you will process or manage any invoices. Click on the Order ID to see the order details. Be sure to set up the product settings (Dashboard > Settings) for each product type. I've included instructions below.
CRM - Customer management section - this includes all customers, those who have made a one time order, created an account, as well as members. Check the loyalty filters here!
Web Updates - Edit website pages - mainly used for sites that use VinesOS content management system, but also includes "snippets" which are chucks of text placed on pages, such as above the member sign-in page, or on top of the order checkout.
Products - Manage products for sale and set up categories and varietals.
Clubs - Configure clubs, manage members and process club orders
Events - Add events and manage RSVPs
Notifications - Review and edit default system email notifications
RevelPOS - Configure sync settings between Revel Systems and VinesOS
